Prepare yourselves for a prehistoric adventure as Dinosaur Adventures will be taking over Melbourne this winter. The number one attraction at the Sydney Royal Show earlier this year will be stomping its way into Caulfield Racecourse as Dinosaur Adventures opens on 21 Jun and runs until 20 July.
Featuring realistic life-like animatronics, this is an exhibition of Triassic proportions that will leave you in awe of the gargantuan reptile beasts that stomped our land before time. Your inquisitive children's minds will be blown away by the roar-tastic moving dinosaurs on display, and marvel at the story of their 200 million year domination of life on earth.
In addition to the animatronics to discover, children can try their hand at the work of a Palaeontologist for a day, with the opportunity to chip away at a fossil in their very own special digger's outfit. Plus there will be plenty of other dino related activities to keep them busy, including dinosaur sand art, a dinosaur library, fossil displays, inflatable activity rides, camp fire story telling, a photographic opportunity inside a life sized dinosaur egg and lots more.
More than 250,000 people got to experience Dinosaur Adventures Sydney in just 16 days, and now that the exhibition has moved to its own Melburnian stomping ground, it is pegged to be the must-see activity to do over the winter school holidays.
