Australia's first and only 4-6km charitable women's only obstacle race heads to Ballarat on Sunday 30 November 2014. Miss Muddy in Ballarat challenges women age 18+ to gather together the join the ultimate 'Girl's Dirty Day Out' either running, walking or stumbling a messy-but-fun obstacle course of 5km.

The course includes a colour cannon, mud (and lots of it), crawling, slipping and sliding with plenty of laughter along the way. In all aid of charity, this event raises needed funds to support women's charities with $10 from the sale of each ticket going to the charity of choice, so you can support a cause close to your heart. Charities include: Australian Cancer Research Foundation, Breast Cancer Network Australia, Centre of Perinatal Excellence, Fitted for Work, Heartfelt, Hope Foundation, International Women's Development Agency inc and the McGrath Foundation.
Miss Muddy in Ballarat pushes the boundaries further than similar events with some of the muddiest pits, fun obstacles to overcome (optional, you can detour if you prefer), Miss Muddy's signature 'colour cannon' sprinkling a rainbow of colour on all runners, plus foamy tunnels with more suds than a Chinese laundry to wash away the your mud bath toward the end.
There are no expectations of anyone, Miss Muddy is a light-hearted 'women supporting women' event, a fun celebration with old friends and new, as you laugh until you cry, overcome hilarious challenges and celebrate at the finish line.
